Arco Castle

Arco fortress, medieval mansion of the counts of Arco, overlooking the plain of the river Sarca. 3 streets climb up to the castle winding through olive trees until you reach the Lizza lawn and from there the great tower, the prison of stone and the Music Hall of frescoes. Finally we reach the Renghera tower.

Drena Castle

The cliff that hosts the ruins of the castle of Drena was home to an ancient castle that belonged to the Sejano lords first and then to the Counts of Arco. Subject of many disputes, it was destroyed in 1703. You can now visit the Ghibelline wall, the remains of the committee building, a small chapel and a 25 metre tower from the 1300s. Inside the museum there is a permanent section of archaeological finds.
