Bicentenary of Santa Teresa

Santa Teresa celebrates 200 years after its birth (August 12, 1808). It was designed by King Vittorio Emanuele I as a small Torino and in fact in the historic centre it's possible to find characteristics like the capital of Piedmont, with roads that intersect perfectly square. The town from the beginning features a supervisory role over the sea of the Strait of Bonifacio. During the years are organized many events to celebrate this occasion.
