The district comprises the area of Ra Valles, Tofana, Socrepes, Lacedel and Pocol. The “Freccia del Cielo” cable car carries skiers up to Ra Valles (2850 metres), with medium-difficulty pistes and a black piste that leads to the Tofane area. At Tofane, the easiest pistes are in the valley, in the Socrepes/Lacedel area, while the more difficult ones are higher up, with challenging ones like the Canalone and the Olimpia, which host the competitions for the women’s Alpine Skiing World Cup.
